These Terms govern your use of Niblu. By accessing or using the service, you agree to them.
Niblu scans restaurant menus and highlights potential allergens/intolerances and dietary matches. It may translate menus and analyze content you upload or ask us to fetch.
You're responsible for your account, safeguarding your credentials, and all activity under it. We may use cookies for authentication on the nib.lu domain.
You retain ownership of content you upload (menus, images, text). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, translate, analyze, and display that content to you for the purpose of operating and improving the service. This license ends when your content is deleted from our systems (subject to routine backups and legal requirements).
You agree not to:
Some features use third parties (e.g., Google Cloud Vision/Translate for OCR/translation; UploadThing for uploads; email, hosting, database, rate-limiting, observability providers). Use of those services is subject to their terms in addition to ours.
Niblu provides informational outputs only. We cannot guarantee that a dish is allergen-free or safe for you. Always confirm with the restaurant staff and your medical professional. You are responsible for your decisions and actions.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, with or without notice.
The service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind (to the extent permitted by law). We do not warrant that results will be accurate, complete, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Niblu and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or €0 if you paid nothing).
You may stop using Niblu at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, create risk, or for operational reasons. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends.
If you are a consumer in the EU/UK, any mandatory rights you have under local consumer law remain unaffected. Otherwise, these Terms and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
