What is Popiah?

A Fujianese-origin fresh spring roll wrapped in a thin, paper-like crepe and filled with jicama (turnip), bean sprouts, lettuce, fried tofu, shredded omelet, and chopped peanuts, dressed with a sweet sauce and sometimes shrimp paste.
