What is Rojak?

A mixed salad of fruits, vegetables, and fried dough fritters tossed in a thick, sweet-spicy shrimp paste dressing. The Penang version uses a dark prawn paste sauce with tamarind and palm sugar, while Indian rojak (pasembur) has a different sauce.
